Recently, instagram stated to use 8-15 hashtags. You can use up to 30 per post. Like with anything on instagram, it’s not one size fits all. I suggest you try a strategy for at least 3 months prior to saying “this don’t work for me.”

No, you want to switch up the hashtags you use. Undoubtedly, using the same ones over and over is considered spam and will lead to your reach on instagram decreasing or shadowbanning. However, creating multiple groups and testing them out would be a good strategy.

What do I do after posting?

Do not post and ghost instead, want to interact with your community and nurse hashtags. Just using the hashtags is not enough, but making sure you interact because social media is social.
