Why Make Freezer Meals for Postpartum?
- Saves time when you’re too tired to cook
- Ensures you have nourishing meals ready to go
- Reduces decision fatigue (because who has time for that?)
- Keeps you from relying on takeout
How to Store & Reheat Freezer Meals
- Storage: Use airtight containers, freezer-safe bags, or aluminum pans covered in foil. Label each meal with the date and reheating instructions.
- Reheating: Most meals can go straight from the freezer to the oven, crockpot, or stovetop. Allow soups and stews to thaw in the fridge overnight for faster reheating.
